This install was inconnection to a Customer who was having his home redesiged with the intension of joining the Living room to both the Dining area and Kitchen. This design left the main area as a large open planned space in which the customer wanted to hear sound throughout.

While the house was under contruction we used the time to install cables for a KEF 5.1 speaker package and a large Pioneer Plasma screen in the living area of this open room design. A mixture of KEF speakers where used to complete the customers requirements.

As this main room was opened plan and extended back to the kitchen we also installed cabling for a further 2 pairs of ceiling speakers. This allowed the placement of one pair of speakers above the the Dining area and the other pair to be placed in the kitchen area. This enabled anyone in the kitchen and Dining area to listen to the same source (ie CD Player or SKY TV) as the living area or a separate soucre totally such as music from the customers Ipod which was set up in one corner of the room in a docking station with the rest of the AV equipment.
